SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We will fill your orders as quickly as possible. Unless other arrangements are discussed prior to your purchase your order will be processed within 48 hours or less. During peak periods processing turnaround times may increase.

PRE ORDERS: pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the items are received from the factory within 48 hours!

AVAILABLE SHIPPING/HANDLING OPTIONS:

Shipping is automatically calculated for your order at the end of checkout. Our checkout page allows you to view the total including shipping before payment information is required and then it allows you to return to the shopping page without completing the order if you desire.

Priority Mail within United States:

International: We ship internationally via Priority Mail. We charge a flat rate which is the same for all countries outside of Canada and the United states.

Canada has a reduced flat rate.

We reserve the right to modify shipping for bulk orders.

Please note that the customer is responsible for customs or duties charged for international orders.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELS:

Defective items: Do not throw away any defective items that you want refunds or replacements for or you will not get the refund or replacement. You will be required to return the damaged or broken item to us before you will be able to get a refund or replacement.

We have a 14 day return policy for those of you are just not satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to refund your purchase of any items. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the items and we do not refund original shipping or handling charges.

If you would like to cancel your order and we have not already shipped it and we are contacted in time we will gladly cancel your order.
